Work Commitment & Scope
Tapflare offers professional graphic design and web development services on a monthly subscription basis. Depending on your chosen plan, our team dedicates a specific amount of time daily to your project:
- Tapflare Light: 2 hours/day (Graphic Design only)
- Tapflare Pro: 2 hours/day (Graphic Design and Web Development)
- Tapflare AI: 4 hours/day (Graphic Design, Web Development, and simultaneous project handling)
Our primary commiment is to provide competent resources and to consistently allocate the agreed-upon daily hours to your project.
Deadline & Delivery Expectations
- Tapflare does not guarantee deadlines or specific delivery dates.
- While we strive to efficiently utilize allocated hours, the completion timeline depends entirely on the scope and complexity of your request. If you would like an estimate of the typical duration for various tasks, please refer to the "Average Project Turnaround Time" page on our website.
If you need an estimate:
- Please communicate clearly with your Project Manager (PM).
- The PM can offer a general estimate of hours required to complete tasks.
- We strongly recommend adding additional padding to these estimates to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and revisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can discuss timelines with your PM to obtain an estimated completion period. However, Tapflare explicitly does not guarantee meeting any specific deadlines.
Your PM will keep you informed if tasks are exceeding initial estimates. You may adjust priorities or continue work as per your subscription hours.
If additional hours beyond your plan’s daily allocation are required, please consider upgrading your plan or adding extra resources. Consult management for options.

Yes, clients can upgrade or adjust their plan with advance notice to management. For cancellations or plan adjustments, please contact management directly for details.
